You will get three drop boxes at this point:

 

1) Select the second option: ~{VPPEJ5R5RxPP~}

2) Select the desired city: The first in list is Beijing, then Shanghai, etc.

3) Select the first option in list (should already be selected)

 

Then press the Red Button , that translates to "Check".

 

As an example for Beijing, it will return three pages of banks with addresses and phone numbers.

 

Your SO can now call one in an area to see if they accept payments for the visa: If she wants to have the medical done there and/or just wants to do the visa payment in that area.
