wulongtea
At the end of the GNI-2 form, there is the following statement that is not to be completed yet, but I was just trying to figure out what it means and what it will be used for: I claim to be exempt from ineligibility to receive a visa and exclusing under item _____ in part ____ for the following reasons: to claim to be ineligible to receive a visa means that i claim that i should not get a visa. so to claim to be exepct from ineligibility means that i claim that i am able to receive a visa. (that is what i reason from this statement) but i am not sure why it lists an item and part, and what eventually should be place for the reasons? Does anyone know what is typically included for this phrase and the reasons? Or have i misunderstood the statement completely? - Wulongtea (where is my chamomile tea!) Link to comment
Guest Gene
The last two questions on the form ask for a yes or no answer. I think the part you are asking about allows you to explain your answers if one of them happens to be yes. The spaces provide a place to state which question you are explaining. Link to comment

My mind must be in tatters as I try to wrap up everything in the next few days thanks! Link to comment

Steve and Qingqing
Above those lines in large type It reads DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE.... Im hoping that means the VO will fill this in if needed because we answered YES on the last set of questions pertaining to the communist party... She did write in small text next to the Yes answer why she answered this way but we didnt fill out the sentences you are refering to because it says not to write below this line.
