On question 17 it says to list all educational institutions you have attended ... It asks for the Address and Telephone numbers for these places. We don't know the telephone number for her high school. Has anyone left the phone number for the high school out and NOT had any problems? The space they give for these answers is also very small. Is it ok to attach a separate sheet with the information without having an issue at the medical exam or consulate? Thanks-- Wu Long Tea (needing some chamomile tea at this point!) Link to comment
