Fastest P3 to P4 Wait Time ?

I was just informed that I have the fastest P3 to P4 wait time of 80 days, and that I should post this information. See my signature for my K1 timeline. Only one reason I can right now think that might have helped with the fast time is that we provided most of the P3 answers in the very beginning of the visa process.

With this posting, we have the first breakthrough this year of 80 days from P3 to P4 since July 2004 P3's.

Perhaps we may see some real decrease in the wait times.

Perhaps we shall see more reduced numbers, how about 70 days?

How about 60 days?

Why not?

I went through a service called VisaPro. And they asked that all the forms be filled out before submitting anything. But VisaPro erred and forgot to send the forms to my SO, so that costed us about 15 days.
