"The Mystery of the Missing Paperwork"

Check your EMS tracking info, did the papers arrive at the consulate or at the White Swan hotel? For us, the papers were delivered to the White Swan hotel and stayed there for amost a month.

 

We contacted the White Swan hotel and they finally sent us an email when they delivered it to the consulate.

 

In one email from the consulate, i asked if i should fax to them a copy, when they had not received it yet. They replied that would be fine, but then magically the papers appeared the next day and were entered into the computer.

 

Maybe with the upcoming move thing are getting delayed at the White Swan hotel for longer periods of time, or they are shuffeling them around to the new facilities.
