LeeFisher3 Posted June 10, 2005 Report Share Posted June 10, 2005 GZ has notified me that they have changed the status of my SO’s son, to follow-to-join, initially had him set to come with her in spite of what the DS-230 said, she does not have custody and her ex has no intention of allowing his son to leave China. Earlier GZ told me that when they received my instruction letter they would remove him from the application and now a new status instead. B) I am more than a bit hazy concerning the requirements for this status. If he was coming with her we had to send a DS-230, but what is required for the follow-to-join status and do I need to continue to have him removed from the application? Link to comment
