They are all a four-page translation bounded and sealed.How could anyone pass that up?It was good enough for DOS and it must've been good enough for CIS when I sent in just scanned copies of the needed certificates with the I-485 and I-765.It doesn't make any good sense and that's a hell of a thing to pull on a couple whom go in all sincerity in doing the right and legal thing!The more I think about this, the madder I get!I will certainly be thinking of this when we go next month.
