david_dawei
When I submitted my I-129F to VSC, I received a letter which I always took to be an RFE... but recently actually saw a graphic of an RFE and realized I did not really get the typical RFE paper. Upon looking at this paper I received further, it is really the NOA1 with a comment in the second half of stating needing to replace one of the documents since it was wrong. Which I did sent back and got approved... Anyone else ever receive their NOA1 with this type of instruction? So, I guess the moral of the story is to check your NOA1 to see if it contains any request for packet.. and don't assume you only get an RFE if something is wrong. Link to comment
