My western diet has gone from 99% to 60%. I don't complain but sometimes I do have to sneak off and grab a burger to fill my gut.

I was never a big rice eater but now?, I have learned to like it, like rice porridge. I really like the sweet rice with dates that she cooks up sometimes. And she does wonders with a bag of flour. I barely ever had flour in the house. Now I buy it 5 lbs. at a time!
