The I-134 affidavit of support

Hi all,

 

Little confused over this I-134 for our k-1 visa. As i understand it we need two copies. (one for her, one for her son) Do i still list him on her 134 as her child?

 

Also, do i need to list both of them on line 10 that i have submitted visa petitions on their behalf?

 

If anyone knows of a link where i can find instruction or examples that Cheeto eating baboon can figure out, i would be in your debt <smiles>

FAQ about I-134:

 

The I-134 Affidavit is filled out by the US Citizen when used for K1 visa applications. The US Citizen should send the completed I-134 Affidavit to the fiance(e).

 

If there are K2 children involved, a separate I-134 affidavit is not required for them, as the K2 children are listed on the I-134 along with the foreign fiance(e).

You submitted for a K2 for the child, right?

 

yes, with parent on line 10.

 

On your NOA2 is a 'receipt date' (Below EAC #)... I'd use that then it matches up...
