  1. Hello! I'm new here to this site, and have been searching around trying to find my answer. My Fiance lives in Germany, we have been together for over a year now. She has been here to visit in the States 3 times, and I have visited her in Germany 1 time. Were applying for the K-1 Fiance Visa, but I do have a little background to me. I have a Domestic Violence charge from 7 years ago. There was no bodily harm to anyone, I had tossed a bucket to the side of me, and she called the police during our fight. They arrested me and charged me with Domestic Violence only because our son was present in the room. This is a Misdemeanor charge also. I have nothing else for a criminal report and was wondering if this might cause problems with the Visa getting approved? Any help please! Thanks and good day to you all!
