Hello Everybody, I was reading the how to direct file with the consular and I noticed that the information is a little old. I printed off the G-325A and then noticed it expired and now there is a I-130A. I know that the petitioner and beneficiary had to file the G-325A when submitting the I-130. Now I am confused about how many I-130A. Could somebody please help understand what is needed now to file in Guangzhou.

I-130 : Part 4. information about Beneficiary, asks for Beneficiary's physical address but clearly states if the home does not have a street number or name, leave that space blank. We live together here in China, but as most Chinese apartment complexes are, the address is not the street name, and theres no number. Everything is addressed to the name of the complex, for example Wanda Square, as local delivery men know all the complex names. So, should I definitely leave this space blank instead of providing the name of our apartment complex, building and apartment number? G-325A : At the bottom of the form, one question asks: "This form is submitted in connection with an application for: ()Naturalization ()Status as a Permanent Resident ()Other" Obviously we're applying for immigration purposes, but I didn't think that a spousal visa was the same as Naturalization. Do you check other and write Spousal Visa? Thanks for your help! Sarah

Advice needed on I-130 My wife and I will be travelling from Chengdu to Guangzhou. We will DCF the first of April. We talked to Guangzhou yesterday. The man told us we need to turn in a Form I-130a. I haven't ever heard of this form. The form is about my wife's biographic data. She signs this form. My question is how does my wife sign this form? Does she sign in Chinese characters or pinyin? The forms my wife has to sign how is she supposed to sign? Thank you for all of the help
