I had my wife's interview today. The lady asked to see everything but the tax returns and 864. She said we should know if in a couple of weeks if we past. She said she had to some security checks on my wife's name. She said the card should shortly follow the approval letter. She also said though we married 2 years on Feb 6 we will still get the conditional perm. residence card. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Okay...did I waste a $175 because I applied for the work permit and the green card at the same time?

My wife told me today that since we'd applied for the work permit over 90 days ago that we can make our appointment online, so we did. However, I haven't received notice that our AOS has been approved. Any thoughts?

My wife is here on a K3. Last year I stopped the I-130 process at the NVC. 2 days ago I sent my AOS application to Chicago Do I need to contact the NVC or will Chicago request my packet?

IS the 765's purpose is only to allow my wife to work while the AOS is being processed? Won't the Permenant Resident permit itself allow my wife to work when she receives it? Or no matter what do we need the 765 to work?

Does she need the 693 form? The INS website says since my wife received her physical examination within a year she just needs her vaccinations but is their a form that I need to fill out?
