The situation you describe is the same one I am having. After submitting the documents requested by the consulate after my interview on February the visa status changed to Ready today.

The situation you describe is the same one I am having. After submitting the documents requested by the consulate after my interview on February the visa status changed to Ready today.
Does it mean the visa is ready to be issued?
