Hi, I just emailed the documents to NVC, I wonder if they send an auto response.

Since he never worked in U.S. , he has no asset either , in the form 1-864 part 6 and part 7 will be empty. Is that ok? Does he need write a statement or explanation ?Since son is the petitioner (He filed the I-130 for his spouse) he will provide an I-864 as primary sponsor, and you will also provide an I-864 as Joint sponsor.
So two I-864 forms will be provided.

I'm choosing I-864 form to help my daughter in law. My son got his visa two years ago, he hasn't worked in U.S yet. I am the only one financial sponsor. My income meets the requirement. I wonder which form should I fill out. Please help, thanks !

on the top of the first page says File number, Is File Number as same as Alien Registration Number??.
On your son's G-325A, yes he can put his A#, however on his wife's, she can note "NONE" or leave blank, since she does not have an A#
On my son's G-325A, all questions about applicant except the first section. Does it mean all questions about Applicant he should fill out with his wife's information?

Thanks ! He will come for short time visit since he needs to finish his master's degree in Beijing. I wonder if he can file I-131 re entry permit and do biometric at The same time at local uscis office.
Depending on timing, file the I-131 around a month prior to his arrival, and with luck they schedule the biometric during the time of visit. Some field offices or application support centers can and will do biometric without an appointment. I-131 in most cases needs to be filed to USCIS by mail, it is not done in the field office.
Thanks ! If form 1-131 can't be done in the local office , hopefully , he can file form 1-130 there. What's class of admission ??

I read people talked about barcode in form 1-130 and G-325A. We didn't see any barcode in both forms. Do they still put barcodes in the form ?

If present job is last job abroad, then fill it in there too.
But they are still working in the present jobs in China.
-
Thanks ! He will file a reentry permit when he comes this time.
There is another question quite confused : Last occupation abroad if not shown above. ( Include all information requested above.) Should they fill out it with the present job one more time ? ( They both work in China now)

There are two locations to file the 1-130, one for inside US, one for outside U.S.
My son had to back to China , since he needs to finish his master degree. He will come back to visit soon. I wonder if he can file the 1-130 and g-325a to the location of inside U.S , because he doesn't work in u.s , does he have to file the application to the location of outside U.S? ? Is there any difference ?

So my son will fill out : Other ( Specify) note : 1-130 petition for a spouse visa , I thought the note was : F2A spouse of lawful permanent resident visa. Which one is correct ?Your son is petitioning for his wife for a spouse visa.
He will provide a G-325A, and she also provides a G-235A.
The answer is (3) Other Specify and note: "I-130 petition for a spouse visa".
My daughter-in-law will fill out : Status as Permanent Resident . Right ? ?
Is File Number as same as Alien Registration Number??
Both G-325A forms have to do with an I-130 petition for a spouse visa. Both will check "other" and note that the G-325A is related to an I-130 petition.
The other two options on the form have to do with either a N-400 or an I-485 application.
DOS visa class is F2A and has to do with the DOS, and is not a USCIS thing.
The I-130 is your son's petition for his wife's spouse visa

You can, that's what I did on all forms.
Sorry, I didn't get this question about G-325A form on Section : This form is submitted in connection with an application for 1. Naturalization 2. other (specity) 3. Status as permanent resident. ( My son is the petitioner, who is permanent resident , this form for my daughter-in-law. My son needs to fill out this form , too ) this three options above, which one is correct for them ?

Per I-130 Instructions:
- Joint Savings or checking account is "Commingling of financial resources"
- Joint car ownership is "Joint ownership of property"
Thank you ! Do they need to be notarized ?
-
Can joint saving account be the marriage evident ? How about joint car ownership? Thanks !
I have a question about G-325A. Should I fill it with all Capital letter ?
There is no reason to. Nothing on the form indicates you would need to.
Yes. Thank you - you can fill it out either way.

Should I leave the Middle name, and the other name used boxes blank or type N/A for both boxes ?

He could translate it, and then have a friend who is conversant in Chinese and English certify it.
Certification is simply making a notation at the bottom that it is a true and accurate translation and, sign, date and provide contact info.
Also send only a photocopy, do not send the original marriage certificate
I'm his mom, can I prove it for him?

I'm his mom , can I prove it ?

My son is a green card holder. He is going to apply immigrate visa for his wife. Based on the instruction of 1-130 , he needs to send his marriage certificate , I wonder if it's translate by himself or it must be translate officially . Thanks
