  1. Hi, guys. first i want to say nothing wrong to say " i love you "to your SO" ,i think for both of you, you /him is the only one you both want to express love to each other. i am chinese woman, i am already used to hear my husband says those three words to me, that makes me happy and full when we have to suffer being apart 8000miles away each other and still have no idea when this visa process ends...... when we were stay together, his kisses, love, hugs....show he loves me so much......s it too much blah blah for those three words? no, no, not enough at all.....i want to hear he says" i love you" when i wake up, go to bed......that's my special food,

  2. yes, we filed to Texas, i regreted to back from US now, maybe just adjusted status in US more easy than we are undergoing now......thanks again, David.

Hi David, try to add a photo of us on this board, but it doesn't work, what should i do?

  3. hi folks, need you all help, just a little mess here.

i am joseph's wife, we got a form I-797C(notice action), but the notice type is" receipt notice" just a $185 check receipt notice, is it so called" NOA1"? or we should wait "notice of approval", your answer would be appreciated.

    hi amy,

sounds like the NOA1... particularly if you got it fairly soon (week or two) after the submission of the paperwork. The NOA2 will take anywhere from 4 weeks (at Vermont) to a few months at the other visa centers...

thanks, David. so we can go on our K3 process now? i saw a sample on visajourney, it's a form of " notice of approval" does that mean" NOA2"? or something else? truey this process make us mad and upset.....wish it ends soon......

    Thanks again!!

  4. For k-3 it asks for a mailing address..in this case for china..is it best to give work or home address? Is there any difference for the two address? another question, for form I-129F and I-130 they ask if the fiance is"currently" in US, and i give them her arrrival/depture record number( recorded on her visa), but they don't ask when she will leave US, i just wander if the consulate think she will overstay in US or not, ( she is now in us with a travel visa and will leave on her schudule)and we are issuing K3 application paper now.......we get married here......

Anybody can answer my question? thanks lots. :greenblob:
