Hi everyone! I talk to an attorny in Los Angeles that I have been approved by USCIS on our second K-1 visa. If the consulate denied us again without any reason " Bone fide relationship " She said If USCIS approved the second K-1 visa and any consulate denied the visa, she can get me a visa, from USCIS by suing the consulate, and she has been successful 95% and takes 90 days. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I am planning to visit my fiance before her second interview, I don't want to be in Guangzhou during the interview. It did not help us in the first interview, and we got white slip. I can not forget when we got denied , and she was crying everyday, and I was helpless to do anything. I already talk to my boss and getting my paper work ready by her interview to take one year leave from work, which would be very difficult in this economy If she gets denied again I will move to China by end of July. We get married and we will petition DCF. What should I do? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I received I-797 today, and It's different than the first NOA2. The new NOA2 dose not say that forward it to NVC, It said: "The information has benn entered in a multiple visa petition tracking database. Please contact the Consulate with any questions about visa Issurance, or if you would like now them to forward the petition to a different Consulate". The petioiner can also file form I-824, Application for Action on an approved Application or Petition, with the office to reguest that we notify another Consulate of the petition approval for visa processing purposes". "When the person this petition is for enters the U.S. based on this visa, he or she will be admitted for ninty (90) days in order to marry the petitioner, and based on that marriage file for adjustment to permanent resident status on form I-485. Why they did not send it to NVC to forward to Guangzhou Consulate?

Hi, I hired Marc Elli attorney'soffice and he added more information on the new K-1. He interviewed me and my fiance, and wrote a letter with a new K-1, he said that was the reason, we were denied in our first K-1. I am confused..... ...Was it that Marc Elli office added more information or that he wrote a letter with the new K-1?? Tom and Ling Hi, My attorney Marc Elli wrote a letter after talking to me and my fiance , and he sent me the added information to send with the new K-1. I have been approved in 64 days. Good luck to everyone.

Hi everyone, Do I have to stay in China physically for 6 months to apply for DCF or have at least 6 months residency. The U.S. Embassy dose not say anything about minimum stay to petition DCF. Thanks!

Hi, I was told by the Guangzhou Consulate staff that as soon as going back to US petition again and don't wait for appeal, It's much faster, and proofs we are serious. And my attorney said is fine just he had to find out why they denied us first time which I sent the letters. My fiance and her family and my family would not agree for us to get married and leaving her in China, and I agree with them If I marry her I want to live with her not come back to US and wait to see If they approve us next time. If we get denied again I am going to get one year of leave from work and go marry her and live in China to peition DCF. Thanks!

No, my attorney had interviewed me and my fiance in China and sent me a letter to send to Guangzhou consulate and USCIS 3 weeks ago before the approval of a new K-1. He thinks he knows why they denied us, and I have to wait next 8 months for a new K-1, and I may have more serious issues until the interview. He did not charge me that much I don't want to call him specially he said I have to wait for next approval. I just want to know If someone here done it before a new fiance visa (K-1).
