Rejection of Visa Question

Hi,

 

Has anyone has heard of stories where a fiance was rejected for whatever reason ( obviously not including anything illegal ) and was continously denied a visa after various appeals. If so, how does one handle this?

It depends on what happens to the case file. If the Consulate refuses the K1 visa and says it will send the file back to the US CIS for revocation, then the petitioner has a right to notice and hearing to dispute the Consulate's recommendation to revoke the petition and argue with the CIS that it should not revoke the petition.

 

There may be other avenues to pursue depending on the case and the parties.
