Some Help for preparing the next step

Hi All

Now that I know my case is closer to the end, I would like to know where i can get some info on P4 from GZ. could someone please point me where i can get some fillable forms for P4? I would like to get a head start on the P4 before GZ sends to my wife the final packet.

ohhh... I forgot to mention that I am inquiring P4 information for CR-1 from GZ. because my wife's K-3 was witheld since our CR-1 was also completed and forward to GZ.

CR1 form at this link covers only up to P3.. I have passed this step..

anyone has the current P4 forms from GUZ in pdf?

please point me a link...
