beijingjj
I just took a look at form DS-156K of packet 4 for the K-1 visa. It says that accompanying this form should be evidence of engagement to your fiancee. Would this be the same thing as evidence of the relationship, as the requirement is stated on the web site? The only reason I wonder is because my SO does not have an engagement ring, which would really be the only evidence I can think of that we're engaged. (I won't let them rip me off here, but promised her one next time we go to Thailand). Hopefully this won't be an issue, but wonder what kind of evidence others have put together. (sorry to ask so many evidence questions) BeijingJJ Link to comment
Osumij
I believe the evidence is the "personal statement" that details who you are, how you met, and you intend to marry within 90 days of arrival in the US. You both need to provide a personal statement. Link to comment
