OS-1858

I just checked the link for P-3 forms and didn't see any mention of OS-1858. Is it necessary to include this with the I-134?

The OS-1858 is an old form that used to be executed in conjunction with the affidavit of support for an immigrant visa and dealt with a written acknowledgement that the sponser's income, etc. would be used in determining eligibility for certain benefits under the Social Security and Food Stamp Acts. I don't know if the form is still in use, but GZ doesn't require it in conjunction with the I-134. Also, since the K-1 is a non immigrant visa, I doubt that the form would even apply if it was still in use.
