Hi guys, the cover letter states that after my SO has her med exams done, the panel physicians will put all forms in a sealed envelope. Does that mean her notorized birth certificate, police record too? Thanks a lot!

p.s. how long does it take for the results of physical exams?

Things may have changed a bit. When Jingwen went for her physical, the medical folks put just about all the forms in a sealed envelope, not just the medical forms. I can't remember if everything went in, but I'm pretty sure the birth and police certificates were part of it.

Yup, they put everything in the envelope except some things you bring with to the interview like pics and such. the result time varies. some places offer same day service and some take as long as a week.

Does anyone have any enlightenment as to which hospitals offer same day services and which ones don't? (As in the hospitals in GZ not other parts of the country).

My wife was told, they need 5 days to get the results of the medical exam. That means she has to go to Guangzhou 2 days earlier. She is going to the Health Care Center of Guangzhou.

Do you know if those 5 days include weekends? In China most people only seem to have Sunday off... so I'm hoping at least Saturday will count.

 

Our interview is on a Thurs and we are gonna get the medical exam the Friday before... I hope it's enough time. I might get Xiaoming to call the hospitals directly and then I'll post whatever they say here.
