Tax Return

Hello All,

 

My husband wants to put my son and I on his tax return sheet. My husband asked me to go to US consulate in Beijing and get my son's passport notorized, but I have no time to do it because beijing is far away from my city. Can I mail my son's passport to my husband and ask him to do it in the US? if he can, where does he should go? My husband is living in Dallas. I was told I need to provide my yearly salary statment. Do I need to notorize my salary statment in China? any documents I need to prepare?
