Visa Approval

Hi,

 

Another question. My finance lives in Shenzhen, China which is right next to Hong Kong. Upon the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou approves a visa to my fiance, can she fly out of Hong Kong or does it have to be somewhere in the mainland?

I posted a direct link to the Hong Kong immigration website a few months ago.

 

Just go there, and read the rules carefully. I can not remember which rule it was (I think 14), but it clearly spells out that your SO CAN, if they follow the proper set of rules and have the proper papers with them.

 

Just do a search for my user name and Hong Kong immigration (or something like that).
