thanks for the help so far. I just called the NVC this afternoon about my wife's CR-1. I got the confirmation that the CASE is completed. and now what's next? and how long will my wife receive her next set of packet? we like to prepare them as early as possible.

 

we fedex-ed back the DS230-part-1 back on Jan 2nd to NH.

case completed on Feb, 3rd..

it's about just a month....

 

please help..

Hi

II didn't track my i864. i believe it was less than a month when we received our ds230 packet. we started track the case after my wife and i sent in the ds230 part-1 along with the suppliement. that takes about a month. yesterday, i got the confirmatoin that my wife's cr-1 case is forward to gz on fed 14th. the case completed on 3rd, and forwarded on 14th.

 

one question that i have is for my wife's k-3, how long would take gz to have the file input to the system. and how should i confirm that the case is the gz's system. could i call dos for the answer, or should i email gz? my email last week to gz hasn't shown my wife's case in the system yet. but dhl confirmed the delievery on 24th of jan.

call DOS, find out the date it was entered to the computer in GZ.. I believe that is your p3 date for GZ then..
