Can someone tell me how long the I-134 is valid? I mean after I sign the document.

I've always heard it is good for a year--BUT-some of the documentation may be outdated soonere than that-e.g. tax returns. Remmeber the !-134 is for GZ and not UCIS. More often than not they don't look at it unless something else is wrong.

Several months ago a friend of mine called the DOS about it. He was told officially it is good for at least 6 months. But the Visa Specialist he was talking to warned him about the Guangzhou Consulate SOMETIMES not accepting them if they were over 45 days old. That's assuming they even look at it. I would hold off doing it until your fiancee gets her interview letter. And hope she is not one of those that get the interview letter only 2 weeks before the interview as a few have apparently gotten.
