I also got married in China. My wife and I got married on November 4, 2004. Im also chinese, pretty much an ABC though. But I can speak mandarin fluently. But the sad thing is that I cannot read or write it he he. Of course my communication with my laopo is great , and I am thankful that I did not lose my ability to speak my own language. I met my laopo on match.com. And things just rocketed forward from there. It was Awesome. Were in the very beginning now. I have hired an attorney. And so far, were at P1. Oh, and filed a K-3 visa. I agree that lawyer's aren't necessary, unless your case involves extreme circumstances. Otherwise, it's a fairly simple process. The hardest part is the wait.
