MRMC
When my fiancee receives her P4 and then the interview, I will provide the affidavit of support along with a letter from my employer indicating my position and income. Can I send her a copy or must it be the original signed letter? I plan to go to the interview; however, just in the slight case for some reason I am unable, will a copy be sufficient? What about any bank letter? Link to comment
tywy_99
It's just a lil ole I-134. Not like it's big brother, the I-864. Give her the originals and keep a copy for yourself. If you are employed and your salary meets or exceeds the poverty guidelines, then dont worry about any bank statements or such. Just one 1040 and a letter of employment is all that's needed.
