Some questions

Hi everyone:

I have a few questions, not for me cuz you know we're doing K-1 but for a friend of mine.

 

They have been together for about 9 years, living in China, but just recently got married. They are now filing for an immigration visa for her (CR-1). He owns a business in China and also in the US but has primarily resided in China. These are my questions, if anyone can help:

 

1. Do you think they'll have a problem with the "domicile" thing?

 

2. What to fill out on the DS-230 form for "what occupation do you intend to have in the US" if she's not sure?

 

3. What kind of financial support does he need if he owns his own business in China? The US business is a new one so I'm not sure if he can use that one or not.
