jtaylo69
I have read a few places about Americans going to Hong Kong to marry their spouces, & by doing so, is it far much easier to bring them to the USA to live? If so, What all must we do or expect to have to do? Thanks Link to comment
Guest Gene
You have to go through all of the same processes, I-130, I-129, NVC security check, except that it goes to the American Embassy in Hong Kong and they are supposed to be quicker and a lot easier to work with. Link to comment

jtaylo69
Why England? Is it easier for her to go to England? How does all of that work as far as paperwork? What kind of time frame? Does she have to move there first? Link to comment
