lassetter
I have posted questions about my 19 year old stepdaughter visa problems at "Candle for Love", Asian-American Couples group, K-3 filers group, as well as Visaourney.com. I have had no response from anyone who ha had first hand experience with this problem. My wife's approved I 129F form has passed through NVC and is now in Guangzhou and her I-130 is at the NVC. I have been lucky filing the paperwork - so far. However, I obviously need an attorney who is very familiar with K3/4 Visas. Does anyone have any recommendations. I want to find an attorney who does not have to "research" the topic. I would like to find an attorney who knows the subject and can provide solutions or advice. Thanks for helping us. tywy_99
Here is another website you may want to look at. It even has a place where you can consult an attorney...for $25, or you can just post your question on their board. Hope it helps. visapro Link to comment
warpedbored
Although he is quite full of himself Matt Udall who sometimes posts on British ex pats is quite knowledgeable on all K-visa matters. So is Folkskya who posts on the same board. I know Matt has a website. He will not however answer any PMs on British ex pats. I have no idea how much either of their fees are. Link to comment
