Mild_Bill
Hi everyone, Ive never posted here before, but I have found alot of helpful info. I have submitted both the I-130 and the I-129 for my wife. I have received the initial notices for both, but nothing else yet. My wife is considering moving, and my question is what kind of paperwork would that involve to give the proper notice of the change? And also, would that make the wait longer as well? That would greatly help us with our decision. Thanks for any help in advance. Billy Link to comment
mari
Hi Billy, you can send the consulate an e-mail and/or fax notifying on the change of address, it should be no problem. My fiance's P3 was lost in the mail for two times before I sent GZ the e-mail and fax changing the mailing address, and they were very reponsive, they even called my fiance to make sure the third P3 arrived. Good luck. Link to comment
