gosh,,,,,,,,thanks so much,,,,,I was so afraid we would have to wait for another bunch to be processed before ours was.....thanks for the relief.

 

I emailed the consulate friday,,,,they answered me yesterday,,,,that we were up for a interview date in the next batch.

whatever that means ,,,,I guess probably janurary, with the holidays I bet there are few left in december.

Guess I should have asked this question before, but are all those interview dates for K-3 visas or K-1? Does anyone know if the K-1 visa is a very different timeline from K-3?

Owhite: I'm curious about your time line. When did you send in your P3 packet? Also, do you know when your name check was completed?

 

Did the consulate really say you would be "in the next batch" ?
