Guest Monkey
I applied for my fiancee visa at the time she didn't want her son to come, then she changed her mind after I sent our paperwork off. I called the INS and was told to send his birth certificate with a letter so he could be added. I did this will her son get to come when she receives her visa? Link to comment
warpedbored
If he is under 21 at the time of interview and she lists him on her P-3 documents yes. If he is over 16 he will need police checks, notatorial birth certificate etc as well. Link to comment
Patrick & Li
He must have the Fathers permission to come as well. Without this, he will be denied. Patrick Link to comment
mari
All is needed for the consulate to include him as an intending immigrant in the P3 is for him to be listed as her son in the I-129F you submitted. Just make sure to fill out the P3 forms for him also. Good luck. Link to comment
