PatrickYou can mail them both off at the same time but your I-765 needs to be sent to the Chicago address and your I-485 to your CIS district office. I wouldn't mail the I-765 to your CIS district office. They may send it back to you. Just mail the I-765 directly to the Chicago address and avoid any delays. just my 2 yuans Link to comment
