Guest Gene Posted April 20, 2004 Report Share Posted April 20, 2004 They change the "AS OF" consistantly every two weeks....... errrr. no thats every other week......well may be every third week...last time it was 18 days...... so I guess it is consistant to when every they feel like it or maybe when someone has nothing to do.
