YesNo" Well, my husband is US citizen, who is currently living with me in China. He is moving with me to the USA, obviously, but he is not immigrating. What would be the right answer - yes or no? dnoblett Posted January 3, 2017 Report Share Posted January 3, 2017 The form also covers situations like two immigrant parents, or two non us citizens immigrating. Your spouse is a US citizen and may be traveling with you but not immigrating. In this case the answer is no. Link to comment
