Another cliff road - this is apparently not the same road as at Guo Liang Cun ( see China's 'most dangerous village' ), although the stories are similar

Cliff road seen in northwest #China
Vehicles run on a cliff road at Xifanggou Village in Ningqiang County, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, Jan. 16, 2017. Xifanggou villagers designed and built the road, cut short to 10 minutes the time of their walking to bus stops from two hours of climbing mountains.
