tywy_99
The VO asked my wife for the divorce decree after I had submitted the divorce certificates with both the I-130 and the I-129F.I have been been married and divorced twice. My wife had my second divorce decree with her but not the first one. The VO gave her a blue sheet requesting the first divorce decree. With a little finagling, I got it faxed to me in GZ. I had to return to the states the day my wife took it to the consulate but she got her visa okay. That's all "water under the bridge" now but for anyone who has been married and divorced, be sure to have your divorce decrees, (and certificates) ready upon the VO's request.
