Good morning, my son came to us through F2b visa a month ago, he hasn't received his green card yet, can he go back to China and get his marriage license ? Thanks.

Yes, I paid the fee. He was told he would get the green card in two weeks or one month when he went through the custom . it's over one month. I called USCIS , she told me two months. I don't know who's correct.
