Waiting for the interview letter

The documents have been completed for 3 weeks, we are still waiting for the interview letter. Anyone here is in the same situation ?

Check your spam folder, that's where my email from them went. If it's in your spam folder make sure to move it to your inbox because it will be automatically deleted after a month, and you're going to need that email. Or you can contact the Visa Immigrant Unit at the consulate where you are filing to see why it hasn't come yet. Will the guangzhou embassy mail the interview letter/packet or they will email it?
if I lost the actual interview letter, can I just print out the email and bring it to the embassy for interview?
