How to know what month's applications the USCIS is working on

I hope this is the correct forum. 
 
My wife's green card was stolen we feel and we applied for a replacement.  It's been over 5 months and not received and I remember some telling what month applications the USCIS is working on.  Is there a link for that information or is that found out by a call in.

Look here: https://egov.uscis.g...sDisplayInit.do (NBC handles I-90) Shows March-26-2014

In the mean time you could or should have scheduled an infopass appointment to field office and get an I-551 stamp in passport to use as evidence of lawful presence.
