I am seeking help with Drafting a cover letter for my Wife's I-751 application . We are about to send in the Documents for file to remove the restrictions on Her Visa .

I simply used this one from VJ, also a visa is used for entry to a country, it was used a long time ago, you are filing to remove the conditions on residency status, the Green-Card there are no restrictions to remove, just the conditional status.
