IV pre-interview document submission cover letter?

hi,

we are doing a K1 visa, and my fiancee's interview is scheduled for march 25th.

 

we are gathering all the necessary documents right now and I see this IV pre-interview document submission cover letter pdf on the ustraveldocs website.

 

What's the purpose of this document? the k1 instructions say to bring all the documents to the interview. Can we actually mail in some documents before the interview to be part of her profile?

 

I'm thinking of sending in more evidence for a bona-fide relationship to make a stronger case and hopefully guarantee an approval even before the interview.

Typically K-1 cover itemizes what you have gathered, as well as restating intent to marry within 90 days after arrival on the visa.
