Randy W
One more question in regards to filing back tax returns for the past few years. Would filing 'married separate' as opposed to 'married joint' have any impact on the green card process and the "totality of circumstance"? No - not at all Link to comment

talsi
I would just like to verify that I'm not missing any of the documents required to support the I-864 form. We will be submitting:1. My husband, the USC, past 3 years' IRS tax transcripts2. His pay stubs from the past 6 months or even longer3. An employer letter stating his current income (well above the required 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines) and his future income once he transfers to their US offices Should that just about cover it?
