Photo size

I want to post some pics here of various things. What is the best size to do this?

Pretty much any size will do the site will auto size the picture, with a hook to allow full size viewing.

 

I would say 640 x 640 is good, however avoid monster pictures above 1080 x 1080 to save on bandwith.

 

Also is best to use an external photo host like photo bucket. I like photo bucket because of the link code provided with pictures with image tags so can simply copy and paste.

I like Fickr. You can just drag and drop your photos into your Flickr file. Click to view the photo and then just right click copy and paste it on CFL.
