What issues are they having? It might be useful to others to post them here.

What is exactly the problem? I see no pending accounts needing approval, and rejected none in a long time.

 

What name is they are using as an account handle? Not their real name or email. You can also PM their email address to one of the admins here and we can look into recently created accounts.

 

Or perhaps something is blocking at their end.
