steppinthrax
We are trying to get my wife's father into the us on visitor's visa. My wife has is a LPR with a few months left. My wife's mom passed away decades ago and my wife has a stepmother. However, they are unmarried. They have lived together several years. When we filled out the ds-160 we placed "Domestic Parter" as the maritial status. My question is during the visa interview he will want to bring supportive doucmentation. Besides pictures, what type of information does he need to provide. Link to comment
dnoblett
In this case as far as the consulate interview is concerned they probably will just treat it as two friends traveling together, I don't think any relationship evidence will be requested since they are just friends in the legal sense.
