US or China address for DS-3032 if doing EP?

I just received my guz case number and plan to enroll in electronic processing. I will be heading to China from the U.S. for the interview. Is it better to use my U.S. address on the DS-3032 or does it even matter since everything will be via email?

 

Can I send in the optin email now?

US Address, it is specifying US Citizen spouse to act as agent, so if US Citizen spouse lives in the USA it will be a US address.

 

If you have a GUZ case number from NVC, yes you should be able to OPTIN.

Thanks for your help dnoblett. I haven't received the AOS fee bill, Agent of Choice letter, DS-3032 kit, or anything at all yet. Is it better just to wait for the AOS fee bill first?

You can always call NVC and check for a case number. call: 603-334-0700 or e-mail: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.

 

If using email, you need to provide USCIS case number, along with name and dob of petitioner and beneficiary.

 

DS-3032 can be downloaded by spouse overseas, filled out, scanned and then emailed to DOS, or I have seen this email template format used before without issues.

I've seen instructions to email to both NVCGuangzhou@state.gov and NVCelectronic@state.gov, which one is correct?

Should be fine, and it is NVCelectronic.
