dnoblett Posted April 21, 2011 Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 Actually before filing that I-130 I would do two things. study the interview results forum paying attention to the falied interviews, known as white slips.search CFL for front loading and Evolution Of Relationship letter. VJ covers the basics of the Petition, however they do not cover front loading and the optional Electronic process at NVC for Guangzhou consulate which saves months. Link to comment

I have to ask, how do I front load an electronic petition? Also, is there any posts on CFL to take extra note on? It's proving to be more tricky to find information on the CR-1 compared to the K-1.
